Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something isn't right, you can
return it within 14 days of delivery — including items bought on sale.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and
packaging intact.

How to start a return
Email support@unitedbyhope.com with your order number and what you'd like to
return. We'll arrange a pickup and send you instructions. Returns are free
across India — we cover the return shipping.

Please don't ship anything back before contacting us; we can't process returns
we aren't expecting.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund you to your original payment
method. We'll email you either way. Refunds are usually processed within 3
business days of the item reaching us, though your bank may take a few days
more to show it.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, email us and we'll check availability. Where we
have your size, we'll exchange it free of charge. Our remaining stock is
limited and some sizes have sold out permanently — if we can't fulfil the
exchange, we'll refund you in full instead.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us as soon as your order arrives and we'll make it right — a
replacement where we have stock, a full refund where we don't. Return shipping
is on us.

Manufacturing defects
If a manufacturing defect appears in normal wear, tell us within 14 days of
delivery and we'll replace or refund the item.
