We offer a 30 day, no Questions asked returns policy. This gives us a a fantastic opportunity to prove our honesty and transparency. Please note, the 30 day time frame comes into effect only after the product is delivered to your address.

We'll schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original United by Hope product, FREE OF CHARGE.

Please ensure the garment is unused and in a saleable condition.

EXCHANGE:

Once the return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse IMMEDIATELY.

REFUNDS:

We have a 30 day, No questions asked return policy. Please note, the 30 day time frame comes into effect only after the shipment has been delivered to you.

Once our courier partner has picked up the shipment from your address, your refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours to your Bank Account or UPI ID.

Please Note - 

1) If you have made an online payment, your refund will be credited into your bank account within 24 to 48 hours.

2) If you have purchased through cash on delivery, you'll need to provide us with your bank account number and IFSC code. We'll refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS or UPI ID within 24 to 48 hours.

3) You can also ask for refund in term of store credit, which you can use in the future to buy other UBH products.

4) Please note, your refund will only be initiated once the shipment is dispatched from your location.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS:

Placing "cash on delivery" orders for fun and refusing it at the time of delivery might not be a punishable offence but it causes us a lot of pain and financial loss. We request you to place a "cash on delivery" order only if you want to accept the parcel.

We provide "cash on delivery" service in India as a convenience, We request you to not misuse it.

Please note, open delivery is not available. Each parcel is seal packed and insured for theft and fraud. Under this insurance policy, no one can open it until the full amount is paid.

Card payment is not available in "cash on delivery" payment method. If you want to use your card, please pay online using one of our online payment options.
