Please ensure the garment is unused and in a saleable condition.
EXCHANGE:
Once the return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse IMMEDIATELY.
Refunds
REFUNDS:
We have a 14 day, no questions asked return policy.
Once the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes our quality checks, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours to your Bank Account or UPI ID.
Please Note -
1) If you have made an online payment, your refund will be credited into your bank account within 24 to 48 hours.
2) If you have purchased through cash on delivery, you'll need to provide us with your bank account number and IFSC code. We'll refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS or UPI ID within 24 to 48 hours.
3) You can also ask for refund in term of store credit, which you can use in the future to buy other UBH products.
4) Please note, your refund will only be initiated once the shipment is dispatched from your location.
